Installation resins P5G & P6G

The P5G and P6G resins have been developed by ECM for direct installation of the following equipment in the road surface :
- PE and PF piezoelectric sensors,
- Inductive loop and the loop returns,
- SUP1 and SUP2 stainless steel supports.
Key features :

The E.C.M. resin can be placed on any type of pavement, asphalt or concrete.

It is also very easy to use and requires a very short drying time.

This resin is also strong enough to protect the material from the pressure of truck tyres, but is also flexible enough to absorb pressure and not break in the long term.

Finally, the use of the ECM’s resins optimizes the service life of the ECM equipment installed in the road surface.

The P5G & P6G resins are supplied in 6kg plastic bags. A 150g sachet of catalyst (hardener) is also provided with each bag.

The P5G resin is used for the installation of :

Piezolor sensors,
SUP stainless steel supports.

The P6G resin is used for :

The installation of induction loops,
Filling cracks.

Quick and easy to use

The catalyst is poured directly into the resin bag.
The product is mixed directly in the bag for a few minutes.
The resin is poured into the cable track.
Leave the resin to dry (8 to 40 min depending on the temperature).

Kit composition: 1 x 6kg bag of resin and 1 x 150g sachet of catalyst.

Duration of use :

at 0°C : 20 min
at 25°C : 10 min
at 50°C : 4 min(*)

(*) Using 50% of the catalyst prolongs setting time

Drying time :

at 0°C : 40 min
at 25°C : 20 min
at 50°C : 8 min
